This family-run hotel is 3 km from Torri del Benaco town centre (or a 45-minute walk) and just a few metres from the lake, across Via Gardesana.
The hotel, built in 1960, has 15 rooms with shower or bath, along with either one or 2-room flats equipped with a kitchen area. In the rooms on the lake, there could be some traffic noise during the night.
The hotel also benefits from a private car-park, garden, pier and private beach. The nearest bus stop to the hotel is called Localita Frader.
Simple, informal and decorous B&B located few metres from the lake and about 3 km from the centre of Torri del Benaco.

From the A22 Modena - Brennero freeway:
- Exit at Affi.
- Follow the indications towards Garda.
- Once you have reached the centre of Garda, turn right into Via Gardesana.
- Drive straight on to Torri del Benaco.
- After the traffic lights in the centre of Torri, go straight for 3 km and you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
From the A4 Milano - Venezia freeway:
- Exit at Peschiera.
- Follow the indications towards Lazise, Bardolino, Garda and Torri del Benaco.
